Personal Data Items: Contact information which may include full name, work address, work telephone number, work cell phone number and work email address.
Internet protocol address, language, date and time, browser type, cookies.

Personal data processing is required for purposes which includes performance of respective contractual relationship with Business Partners. Unless otherwise indicated, the legal basis for the processing of personal data will adhere to (Article 6 (1) (b) or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

SHARING OF DATA

The sharing of your personal data is protected and is limited to our business affiliates for the processing of business only. We do not sell information which personally identify you to any third party.

Upon contractual commitments, the company may share users’ personal data with the company, its affiliates, service providers and other third parties in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
The Company will ensure that the users’ personal data is handled securely and implement appropriate security measures to protect the confidentiality of the users’ personal technical, and administrative information.
If the company’s affiliates, service providers and other third parties’ consignees and/or consigning process changes, the company will disclose the details of the changes.

Personal data is erased if it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes and if statutory retention requirements no longer exists under applicable law which free us from any obligation to further retain your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw consent of processing certain personal data by E-valucon at any time for the purpose of future effect. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal processing existing before the withdrawal.

USER INFORMATION PROCESSING POLICY CHANGE

User Information Processing Policy Change will be enforced on the effective date. The company shall notify users for any amendments made to this policy at least seven days prior to the enforcement date.
